Website Usage

This website is provided by Magnolia & Co. Boutique for informational purposes about our store, collections, and policies. By accessing and using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you bring home. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help.

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.
  • Items must be in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags attached.
  • Sale items and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Earrings and other intimate accessories are final sale for hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased as gifts may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days with proof of purchase.

As a retail boutique, we take pride in the quality of our curated merchandise. All items are inspected before placement on our floor. We carry items from independent designers, local artisans, and small brands — product availability, colors, and sizing may vary from images. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse returns on final sale items.

Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are available in any denomination and can be used for any purchase in-store. Our gift card terms:

  • Gift cards do not expire and carry no fees.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
  • Gift cards may be applied toward any in-store purchase, including sale items.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program is free to join and rewards you for every purchase. Points are earned automatically when you provide your loyalty program information at checkout.

  • Points are earned on eligible purchases and may not include sale items or gift cards.
  • Accumulated points may be redeemed for store credit at our discretion.
  • Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
  • Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

Product Availability

We are a curated boutique carrying items from independent designers, local artisans, and small brands. As a result:

  • Inventory levels are limited and items may sell out without notice.
  • Colors and textures may vary slightly from display images due to lighting and screen differences.
  • Sizing may vary across brands — our staff is happy to help with fit questions.
  • We do not offer price matching or honor prices from other retailers.
  • We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities on high-demand items.

Appointment & Events

For personal shopping appointments and private events at Magnolia & Co. Boutique, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times.
